MY TEAM CANADA - FRANÇOIS BOIVIN : 12/10/2009

MY TEAM CANADA WITH ... FRANÇOIS BOIVIN

A 2006 Olympian – he finished 10th in Torino – Francois Boivin is back for a second run at gold in Vancouver. Introduced to snowboarding by his father after he got bored with skiing, Boivin’s career highlight came in 2005 when he finished second at the FIS Snowboard World Championship in Whistler, B.C. The self-proclaimed ‘best-looking man of Jonquiere, Que.’ (his hometown), Boivin has twice finished in the top 10 of World Cup standings, taking eighth in 2007 and finishing 10th in 2009.
